Refund policy

If your hammock is faulty once received during the warranty period then it may be possible to exchange it for the same product. Refunds are possible if the product in question is not currently in stock. Please email and we will assess the case. We may ask for specific proof relating to the fault. Claims can be rejected by JUST Hammocks if we find the fault is due to improper usage or purposeful damage.


Terms of service


JUST Hammocks are not responsible for any damages or injuries related to the use of products from our website. In the case of the products received from JUST Hammocks, we are not responsible for damages or injuries due to misuse of the product or products faults.



All products from JUST Hammocks have a one year warranty on all products.



We do not accept returns and give a refund if you change your mind or decide that the product is not quite what you were looking for. However, we can arrange for an in-store credit depending on the situation. We can offer a replacement if the product is faulty or a refund if we do not have extra stock available.



Please allow between 7 - 21 days for delivery, depending on the courier, some items are delivered express and others regular. Due to COVID19, Victoria might experience slight delays as per Australia Post latest updated, which can be found here -> LINK. We appreciate your patience.
